HORRIBLE Service

Piss poor service. An absolute disaster from start to finish. When I initially booked, I awaited contact for vehicle pickup. I received a call with only a 15 minute warning that they could come, a call I missed because I was in the shower. By the time I got to it, again only missing it by about 15 minutes, the driver was out of the city already and I had to get a different pickup the next day. Fastforward to my arrival in San Diego, where the vehicle is to be delivered to. It was meant to be delivered on 4/2, and when it wasn't I had to call, only to find out it was delayed to 4/9. It is now 4/9, and still has not been delivered. I can understand delays, but the issue is I have had no contact at all. No updates. Nobody ever contacted me. I wasn't even given the driver's number, only the dispatch center. From them I obtained the number for the yard my car will apparently stop at. Still no number for the driver. I found out from the yard that there are further delays, now it will apparently be delivered on 4/11. Now my initial agent, who said I should contact him if there are issues, is not getting back to me. In future if I have shipping needs I will NEVER use this company's services again, and I will make sure I tell as many people as possible that Mercury Auto Transport cannot be trusted.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor communication and service. Delays can be understandable, but your agent's lack of communication and unresponsiveness only exacerbate the situation. They will also be re-trained on maintaining proper communication with their customers. As I spoke to you on the phone, I will do what I can to get you an adequate ETA from the carrier on your delivery. I have begun to process refunding the deposit of $200 you paid to Mercury.
