This being my first time shipping a car across the country, it was somewhat intimidating trying to understand the process and make informed choices. After spending several days reviewing over a dozen different shipping brokers, I settled on Mercury Auto Transport. It was a solid choice. I initially worked with Jim Gozde to get the ball rolling, and then Eric La Gra down the home stretch. They really made a great tag team in this effort, kept me updated daily, and promptly returned phone calls and text messages. I never had to wait very long for specific information regarding the shipment and Eric was especially helpful communicating with the dispatcher regarding location updates and updated delivery date confirmation. The transporter that picked up the load was very easy to work with and even accommodated delivery to a nearby larger, easier to navigate, drop location the same morning of the afternoon delivery. Driver was very friendly and provided a copy of his pre-loading vehicle inspection sheet. There was no unaccounted for damage. All in all, Mercury Auto Transporters were a real pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again.
