Luis Marrero was our contact with Mercury Auto Transport. He walked us through the process every step of the way. We had a very difficult time with the company we contacted with on our way to Florida. Luis understood our apprehension signing on with a new company for the return trip. There was no payment until a driver was lined up unlike our trip down! Luis kept in constant contact with us prior to the car being picked up and followed through until the car was back in our possession. We will definitely trust them with our vehicle transport again next year!
