Ryan L. Savage of Mercury Transport arranged two transports for me; Florida to California and then 2 years later (same vehicle) California to Florida. Having never used a service like this before, it was a bit daunting initially. Ryan explained all steps and tracking during the process. They delivered, as promised, on time and on cost. Now get this - the transport Driver that picked up the car in Florida initially then picked up my son AT LOS ANGELES AIRPORT and then dropped him off to his waiting car a few miles away! Really! Then the Transport Driver, Dominic also - 2 years later - made the return trip to us - and inquired how our son is doing. Dominic and Ryan’s team kept us informed totally along the way. On the delivery day, Dominic got hung up in a delivery at a Port west of us and let us know; then an hour later the trailer had a flat tire and he let us know. No inconvenience at all - and when we did get a text from Dominic, we met him at 7:00 - just a few hours off from the original time frame. What an amazing job. A well coordinated effort and well run team. And also - when I sent Ryan email for this last transport - he responded immediately, laid everything out. I emailed on a Thursday, they made arrangements on Friday, car was picked up on Saturday afternoon in California and Shazaaam - deliver to Florida on Tuesday evening. And the estimated price (I got about 8 quotes on the first transport) was one of the best. Great job.
