Shipping my car from the Northeast to Florida was a seamless experience. Melissa was very informative, educating me about what to expect, and maintaining good communication and updates when appropriate. This was my first time shipping my car. The car was picked up and delivered on the dates that I requested. The driver was experienced and did an excellent job. I had his phone number. We found convenient pick-up and drop-off locations and he was very prompt. The whole experience was excellent, highly recommended.
