May contact was Jim Gozde. He was helpful and pleasant to talk to. He provided the services I requested at not much more than the original quote. I got tired of the daily automated contact email. That was the only issue. Good communication should not be confused with lots of communication. The driver was easy to work with on pickup and delivery. I'd use Mercury again.
