My agent at Mercury (Jake) was excellent. He was very thorough, always listened carefully to my needs, responded quickly to any questions, and was available by phone, text or email. He did a good job of explaining the contract I was signing in detail and answered all my questions about it. I especially appreciated the shipper he lined up for me: Dricky Transport, Inc. The driver arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly, took pictures all over of my car, loaded it carefully onto his truck, and was on his way in 20 minutes. I expected him 2 days later, he called me 30 minutes out, and he showed up early! I couldn't believe it. I had forgotten to ask Jake is I was supposed to tip him, so I called him. He happened to be on vacation, but BOTH he and another agent called me right away to say tipping was up to me, but drivers didn't expect it. I never believed this whole thing would go so smoothly, but I won't worry again with either Mercury or Dricky!
