My experience with Mercury Auto Transport couldn't have gone any smoother. My agent, Teddy Golasinski, lead me through each step of the process in a clear and concise manner. He told me exactly what was going to happen at each stage of the process. This was my first time ever using an auto transport service. Frankly, I was in a bind. My van broke down in Cheyenne, WY. I had no place to turn and Teddy and Mercury were godsends. They also came up with a great quote on the price of the shipping. In addition, I had a "date certain" that the van had to be shipped by and they met that date with no problems. I signed up for an open transport and somehow ended up with an enclosed transport at no extra cost. Bonus!
