Justine Musselman worked with me from the start as we needed to get our daughter's car from Nashville to a remote desert location in California. She posted the route and was able to secure a carrier. She gladly walked me through this unfamiliar process and assured me that everything would work out. The only drawback was that the particular driver did not readily keep my daughter informed about an accurate pick-up or drop-off date or time On both ends, he indicated that he would be arriving at a particular time and pushed it back first by hours and then finally by a day on both times. This caused some logistical issues in ensuring someone would be available on both ends of the transfer.. Overall, I would highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport and would work happily with Justine Musselman again.
