Selecting a trustworthy person and company to ship my personal car was a challenge. This was a cross-country shipment from California to North Carolina. My choice was Pete Reynolds, at Mercury Auto Transport. Pete stood out from the crowd by communicating well and doing a great job of explaining the process and sharing helpful tips. All of the dates were honored and the shipping went smoothly and quickly. Pete did a great job managing the arrangements, answering questions and staying in good communication with me. No doubt, the shipping side is challenging, but working with Pete at Mercury, they made a great delivery, and it was pretty quick. The driver was also pleasant and easy to work with. I would call Pete again, next time. He is very knowledgeable and user friendly.
