Very informative. Misty stayed with us the whole time and gave us very good information that we did not know that allowed us to understand the transport. She gave us time to make our decision and was able to give me options that would best suite our needs. After pick up she was there to make sure we were satisfied and if there were any other questions we may have had. A very pleasing experience.
