I contacted several companies about transporting my car from Long Island, N.Y., to Charlotte, N.C. Mercury Auto Transport was the only one that explained the whole process to me. Also, their price was the most reasonable. My agent with the company was Deb Ciriello, who kept me informed about every step of the process. She worked extremely hard to ensure my car was transported in the needed timeframe. The driver who picked up my car was very courteous and explained the pickup and delivery. My car arrived on time and in the shape that it left in. I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
