Spencer took the time to educate me on the process of shipping my car and then did exactly what he said he was going to do. In an industry full of vultures lying to earn your business I was at a point where I would have rather pushed my car home. Thanks to the informative emails I received from Spencer throughout my search I was beginning to trust him as everything he said would happen did so I gave him the green light and he followed through on his word keeping me updated every step of the way. When my order was picked up by driver, Bob, he was great as well. He communicated the whole way and was on time with every update he promised. Thanks to both Spencer and Bob for standing out in this industry full of unethical companies.
