got a quote from them over a week ahead of my planned shipping date (Jan 3rd,2022)for $625 and agreed to proceed. Asked them if they could find one for me multiple times over the period of waiting, the answers were always positive and confident. when it was on Jan 3rd, they found me none, instead, they found one for me on Jan 4th and asked for $915, a whopping 50% increase from the quote. Because it was too late for me to find another one, it had already disrupted my moving plan I have to accept it quickly and move on. it turns out what they did is just to find a carrier and hand you over to them but nothing more, really do not see the value of their service if they even couldn't work on your time and budget. I wouldn't suggest you use their service, you can literally go to find a carrier directly instead of using them, they provide you nothing and guarantee nothing, you just get ripped off from them.
