Mercury came through, again!

This was the fourth car we shipped thru Mercury. We recently moved cross country with a two month stop in Idaho along the way. At the end of July, we shipped two cars from Olympia WA to Boise, ID. They arrived overnight. They actually got there before we did. When we left Idaho we shipped the remaining vehicle (full size SUV) to Tennessee. It arrived in three days. Shawn Abernathy helped us with both moves. The process was flawless. We then purchased a modified Suburban 3/4 ton. It was also in Idaho. This time it was mid-November. Trevor Thomas was out agent for this move. He rocked it! Despite a shortage of available drivers, he kept in constant contact, updated us at least twice a day and when a driver became available, Trevor negotiated with him to keep us within our budget. He also made sure we got a return customer discount. Can’t say enough good stuff about Mercury, Shawn or Trevor. First rate service, every time.
