I was impressed with Jay Turek's handling of the situation from day one when I contacted him. Just listening and engaging with him I could sense he was the person I could trust and we both were in contact with each other through text, email every day. He was also was in contact with the person on the receiving end which happened to be my son. Office personnel were also very helpful. Never had a doubt in my mind he would come through and he did. Over all I am happy Mercury transport personnel handled this professionally. I recommend Mercury transport if anyone need their service for vehicle transport.
