Tess Olivares was extremely helpful through this entire process. Looking for a way to transport a car across country can be overwhelming for a novice like me. Of all the companies that contacted me Mercury Auto, and Tess especially, were very clear in exactly how the process worked and what I should expect. Tess kept me advised daily of what was going on. The whole thing went just as she had explained and I was very happy with Mercury Auto Transport. I highly recommend them.
