First time shipping a vehicle this week and Alex Miller was one of the first ones to send me a quote. Although it wasn’t the lowest but if you’re looking for excellent service with constant updates and communication, Mercury is the way to go. Sometimes price isn’t everything. I was able to call/text/email Alex at anytime and he would always be available to answer my questions. He would always keep me up to date on my shipment and during a some confusion he quickly stepped in with the driver and got it squared away. Alex made it easy, so if you need an agent at Mercury, ask for Alex Miller!
