Hi John, we're happy to hear that Scott did a great job as your agent, however we're sorry to hear about the carrier's lack of better communication. We implore our carriers to communicate with our customers any delays that may occur as well as give the customer a good amount of time to prepare for their arrival. Unfortunately this was not the case and we apologize for that. We will be speaking with the company's management about this and discuss whether or not it's in our best interest to continue doing business with them.
