Eric La Gra was great! Originally was only shipping a 1974 Beetle to Kennewick Washington but needed to add a 2011 Sienna in short notice. Eric walked me through the process and explained what to expect, and didn’t hesitate to assist with getting the Sienna added. He provided me with updates and let me know that there would be a delay. (Not due to Mercury Auto). Vehicles were delivered to my “front door” and were in good shape. I would not hesitate to do business with them if the need arose.
