Jason Ladd was good to deal with. My main issue is that the bid that was given to me in writing was not honored. The true price offered to me at the last minute was several hundred $ more from multiple carriers.. The bid I was first given was what I used to select Mercury. In reality the bid means nothing and you just have to accept whatever is offered in order to get your car shipped. Low ball/bait-and-switch. Also the car was to be delivered on a certain day but at the last minute it was moved up a day early and I had a problem with getting enough people to help unload it. Vehicle was inoperable. Driver was courteous and helpful.

Hi Chuck, thank you for your feedback. Sometimes the offers that carriers make for a shipment can be lower as well as higher but we try to estimate the cost as close to their actual price as possible. We pass their offer to ship your vehicle on to you and you make the final decision, but you do not have to accept any one particular offer. If the rate does not fit your needs we simply keep looking for the next carrier that works better for you. I apologize if this was not thoroughly explained to you.
