This was my first experience shipping a vehicle cross country and feared my experience was going to be a nightmare. I must say I was quite supprised when Trenton Bentley at Mercury Auto Transport got back to me in less than 24 hours. He was very helpful in educating me on the process and answering all of my questions. He had identified a carrier within two days and placed the order. He followed up with me on a regular basis throughout the entire process of pickup and delivery. The cost to ship was competitive with other companys and the vehicled arrived with no issues.
