Our transport experience was a nightmare but thanks to Drew it was a happy ending. Working with carriers who don't follow up, or promise a delivery date and were 4 days late with unfair up charge , Drew bridge the gap by refunding broker fee ,and supported us on waiving the up-charge.
We appreciate the extra effort Drew and Mercury Transportation provided us in the end, and will use them again in next move.
