Tracey, the logistics agent, was helpful in securing transportation for our vehicle. Her communication was thorough and we knew what to expect. Our first driver got sick, so she lined up another company to ship the car cross-country. The new driver communicated well throughout the process and was polite and efficient in unloading the vehicle. The car arrived on time and with no damage.
