Charles “Charlie” Steeves did a great job as my agent. What I most appreciated was his detailed explanation of the broker/carrier/bidding process. he was also very patient with me - I was a bit hesitant about shipping and so I Postponed and delayed a few times. 100 percent satisfied with the price and service.
