I shipped cars in the past a very long time ago. I reviewed several companies before choosing Mercury. The reason I chose them is because they had a high rating for communication and honesty. Jim Gozde was my main point of contact. I had a few family issues come up and had to change the scheduled more than once. Jim Gozde was right on top of it and we worked out the dates. The car was picked up from Albany NY on Saturday and delivered to Orlando Florida on Monday. This was a quick service and price was just a little more than what was initially quoted but not enough to want another company where i was quoted 200-300 dollars more. Communications, Jim connected me with the driver and he kept me informed of his progress, locations and how long it would take him to arrive. The driver called me directly at least 5 times and the last time called he was 15 minutes away. All i can say is Jim, and the driver "Pedro" was very professional and took care of us. If anyone needs vehicle transport I would highly recommend them. communications is key and they are on top of this hourly. thanks AJ
