Jim Godze was my agent and he saved me from the poor performance of another company. I had originally booked with another agent 2 weeks in advance of my departure and only heard from him when I called, always assuring me that all was okay. With one day left he still did not have a trHd I asked him to take over the assignment. He told me drivers did not want to Cape Cod since it was out of the way and I should agree to pick up the car at another location within an hour of my house. Within 2 days he had a transporter for me. Communication with him was excellent. Only problem was that the driver was a day late in picking up the car but I easily arranged pickup from a neighbor. Delivery was great because the driver lived along my route home driving another car and we were able to coordinate the pickup so I did not have to drive to an alternate location the next day for pickup. There was no apparent damage to the car. I would definitely work with Jim again.
