Deb Ciriello was one of about 15 or 20 people from various companies who contacted me with a quote. This was my first time having a car transported like this, so I was unsure what to expect or who to trust. What stood out to me was that Deb took the time to explain everything about the process, stressed the importance good two-way communication, and encouraged me to ask questions. She came through on everything. Things went the way she said they would, communication was amazing, and she answered all of my questions. She found an excellent carrier, made sure all parties were connected, laid out the plan, and everything went smoothly. I took delivery of my new car a day early, in a safe location, without a scratch. Next time I need a car moved, I will contact Mercury Auto Transport without hesitation.
