After getting bombarded with quotes, emails, phone calls, etc, from over 25 companies, I finally decided to choose Mercury Transport and I am thankful I did. There are many horror stories out there about basically every transport company I researched, on every site as well. This was an extremely painstaking and time consuming process. I could not ask for better service. Scott Hawley was my agent for Order 839767, and he was awesome. Scott was able to get my vehicle picked up within hours, on a Friday, when everybody was closing for the evening. The carrier did have a slight delay(only a few hours) of the promised delivery time, but communicated with me to let me know the situation. This was not a problem at all. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and the help from Scott. I am also very thankful that I will not have to go through all of that due process again. I will be shipping vehicles often, and Scott Hawley and Mercury will be who I go to.
