Hi Marcelo, I am sorry to hear that there was damage to your vehicle. I know you have spoken already with one of our damage claim agents. Did he send you all of the necessary documents and paper work for you to be able to file your claim? If that did not happen please call me directly. My name is Ilana at 954-239-1780 Ext 21 and I will be happy to give you all the paper work and documents you need to file your claim with the carrier company. Unfortunately Since the vehicle does not belong to us and is not registered in our name we are not legally able to file a claim for you as that would be considered fraud. I know situations like this are not easy and I can understand your frustration. We are here to help in any way that we are able.
