This has been an outstanding expierance. I was contacted By Sally Poliandro of Mecury Auto Transport on Jan. 16th 2009. This young lady was very professional as well as nice over the phone. As she explained how the transport system works, I became comfortable with Sally and that I was dealing with a very Good company. By Sunday Mecury (Jason) called back and said they had found a company NORD West Transport LLC. I called on Monday and set up the Bill of Lading for the job. Lilia & Dametria run Nord West, a young Russian couple who have moved to the USA and are living the dream and doing a find job. My transport was from Ca. back to Fl. The Veh. was picked up on the 25th of Jan.(Sunday) On Thursday afternoon I recieved a call from Dametri that he would deliver my auto later this afternoon. As soon as I got up off the floor I called the wife and told her that the car was here and pickup was in the afternoon, she was very impressed. At about 5:30 pm I recieved my car from Dametri with no damage to the Veh. Impressed does not seem to be a big enough word for the overall service that I recieved from both fof these two companies. I highly do recomend both for their fast and professional service and would not hesitate to use they if the need ever comes up again. Note: the price of the transport was $800.00>
