Jim was knowledgable, polite, straight-forward and honest. He explained the process, did not make guarantees or promises he couldn't keep but the things he assured me came to pass as he said they would. Best was that Jim said he could deliver in 7 days for xxx price and did not call me back asking for more money as I had read about so many times - and told him not to bother because there wouldn't be any. So he gave a realistic price and delivery time frame from the start that he knew he could execute. The only negative was that I stated that I wanted delivery to my mechanic so he could look under the car for rust before the driver left, however the driver was uncooperative on this and said he would've never agreed to wait and almost drove away. I was thorough in notes on my paperwork with the dealer and included terms to return the car if rust or other undisclosed damage was discovered within three days at the dealer's expense so I knew I was covered. However I had included this as a term with Mercury as well and it was not communicated. Bottom line: include as much verbiage to cover yourself with the dealer because the drivers are independent from the broker and will not be willing to cooperate. Overall the experience was seamless.
