Joel was personable, courteous and helpful. He adjusted things to allow the delivery in a specific time window for me. The hiccup was really with the transporter, who did not keep me apprised of his status. The carrier did not call to advise me of any delay, so we wound up waiting all day, anticipating his call. He was supposed to be here on Thursday and didn't show until Friday evening. By that timeI had called Joel again and he set things straight. After the truck's arrival, (late Friday afternoon) over an hour was spent re-positioning cars on the trailer. Regardless, the car arrived safely and in the shape it left in. All in all, I am pleased with Mercury's service and would use them again. Thanks, Joel!
