This process can be overwhelming and Carol Ciriello at Mercury Auto Transport LLC was a blessing.
Searching the web for car transportation/relocation will return a lot of results leaving you more confused than when you started. After reaching out to many services on the web, I got bombarded (e-mail) with many offers and a wide-range of prices. At that point I was even more lost as to what to get or who to contact. Carol's email was comprehensive, to the point and honest from the start. Very refreshing when dealing with a new situation and when entrusting someone else with your car. After a call, I had all the answers and was able to schedule the car transportation. Carol took over from that point and made sure all the logistics were aligned. My car was picked up on the 21st of June in Miami, FL and was delivered on the 24th of June in Austin, TX. Car was in perfect condition.Very happy with this choice. Thank you Carol once again.
