hello,
I had been dealing with another car carrier Vantage Transport and I can tell you NEVER NEVER use them do not even wast your breath talking to them. They are a total RIP OFF! nothing but lies, you MUST read what the contract says, they are the ONLY ones that take their deposit up front, they did this to me I know, I am working with Florida's state attorney now about them. Then I called Mercury Transport and spoke with Jim G. he was nothing but HONEST up front, I told him what I could spend he came back with his quote and it was fair. Jim told he would call me back, and he did as he said that he would.

I needed to have my sons car picked up and delivered on specific dates and Jim made it happen! Jim gave me the contact numbers of the folks that picked up my sons car and Jim called me more than two or three times during and after my sons car was delivered. Mercury DID NOT take a dime out until the car was picked up! My sons car was picked up and the driver was VERY professional and gave me his phone number, Moses the owner of that company has been very professional in everything of keeping in touch during the trip. My sons car did receive some small damage while his car was being taken off (the Skirting got caught) took pictures and working that out now. I would highly recommend Mercury transport to anyone that may need their services and HIGHLY recommend Jim G. anytime. Thank you for your time and support!
