As this was my first time shipping a car (MA to CA), I was diligent in researching, reviewing etc. Once I put my request out there I was deluged with brokers calling me. Cory was great as he explained the process from beginning to end and got back to me within a short time as we were trying to set up the transaction. All of the paperwork was sent to me via email and I paid the broker fee immediately via credit card. I was quoted fees from $1050 - $1600. I ended up paying $1200 less the $150. I was not there for the pick-up, but was told the driver was couteous and professional. My only regret with the shippers was that I could not reach them via the telephone number that was given to me. Cory contacted me a few times to check in prior to the car being picked up. I was a bit disappointed in that he never checked in again at the end to make sure all went well. The car was picked up 2 days late and and was told it would take 7-10 days. It actually arrived in 6 days but they did not have a smaller carrier to bring it out on that day (they actually called me to tell me that) but that it would be delivered the next day between 3 and 6. I received a call from the trucker that he was 30 minutes away and then another call that he was outside. All went well and I was very happy. I would recommend and use them again.
