First, let me say that Mercury Auto Transport is the agent and not the actual shipper. Joel at Mercury Auto was awesome. He was upfront and honest about the system and everything else. The previous 2 agents I had dealt with for 2 weeks prior were not. The shipping company on the other hand is another story Between not returning phone calls, not communicating about delays, etc., ECE Transport was NOT reliable, although we were very pleasantly surprised that the car arrived when they said it would, even though it was covered in oil and dirt.

I would gladly go through Mercury Auto Transport again, as long as ECE is not used. Huge kudos to Joel who, after I found out and notified him that the car wasn't going to ship when it was supposed to, busted his rear to find us another shipper.
