From start to finish, the transfer was flawless. Eric of Mercury is simply the best. He was careful in his quote, answered my numerous questions and provided a personal touch to enable us a smooth initial delivery in LA. We also had an unexpected family crises in the middle of the transfer which required me to be out-of-town and Eric tracked down the driver and assured me that the car would not be delivered until I returned. This morning the car arrived in perfect condition, at a convenient location, and the driver was curteous and handled the turnover perfectly. This was my first car transport and I was leery of the mechanics and the deliverables. But with Eric the process was smooth; I recommend him and the company without qualification.
