I had arrangements made with Q Transportation for a few weeks, but two days before my trip from Buffalo to San Francisco, I called and find out that they didn’t had a driver. I waited another day but finally the day before my trip they asked me to leave my car and they were eventually going to pick it up; however, they had no idea of when. I panic and started to call all the rest of the companies out there, but nobody was available for a “next day business” and I didn’t expect it either, but I still had to try… I happened to call Mercury Auto Transport in the morning and Eric Rezner who responded to my call was very blunt with me and took the time to explain how this market works, he also told me he was going to try to find someone but he was not able to promise and I responded is ok but I had no hope. Through the day Eric called me a few times just to let me know that he was working on it and calling different places and I though wow someone is calling me back and even if it didn’t work I was pleased with his follow up. At the same time I keep calling Q Transportation, but that was hopeless by then. Around 5:00 pm I was about to cancel my plane ticket and decided I was going to drive but was hesitating about this decision then Eric called my 30 minutes later and informed me that he found a driver, I was in disbelief! But it was happening he gave me the number and all information for the company and driver who was going to pick up my car the very following day. That night Ilie Cira, the driver, called me to confirm.

The day of pick up the driver called me in the morning and an hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way, He picked up the car at exact time he told me, he was so professional and inspected my auto very careful while making notes from scratches, I was impressed he was so detailed oriented! He told me he was going to be in California in 7 days and he was going to call me a day ahead arriving to San Francisco. I still couldn’t believe that he was going to be there so fast. I got the call not on the 6th day but on the 5th day he was arriving a day earlier instead!! I went to pick up my car on the 6th day after it was picked up from Buffalo. My car and everything I left in it was there. The cost is realistic and let me tell you that peace of mind and safety is priceless. This company is very responsible and takes his work serious. I recommend Mercury Auto Transport to my friends and family and to anyone out there who needs this service ☺ you will not be disappointed!
