I was worried about arranging the transportation of a vehicle I had purchased online. I asked for quotes on the website where I purchased the vehicle and received a few emails. One of the emails was from Mercury Auto Transport. I checked a website offering reviews of the company and felt comfortable with contacting them. After the initial interview with Jim, he put all my fears and worries to rest. We agreed on a cost of $700.00, which I thought was very reasonable as the vehicle and I both were about 50-75 miles from any interstate. He would and did find someone to get the vehicle to me in a very short time. He called me with updates the first day and again the next morning when he found a driver. He had a pickup and delivery date scheduled in less than 24 hours. From the time of the initial call, the car was here in 5 days. I was hoping to have the vehicle in 14 days, unbelievable! The driver was very courteous and constantly called me to give updates as to when to expect his arrival. The constant emails from Jim and the calls from Chris (driver) kept me relaxed and worry free. I would recommend using Mercury Auto Transport for any and all of your needs. They are a very professional organization.
