We had to move a car out to our daughter in California and we had not done this before. My husband and I are both lawyers and so very careful about the companies we choose to do business with. It wasn't an expensive car but we didn't want any problems. We contacted Mercury since they were referred by a friend and talked to JC. He was GREAT, and did exactly what he said he would do. The whole process was easy, the transport driver was very dependable, reachable and polite! A great experience all around. We were very surprised because we have heard horror stories about these transport companies. We would definately use Mercury again.
