This was my first experience in having a vehicle transported. I came in contact with many out there in this field, and I became frustrated with unanswered calls and e-mails until I spoke with Charlie Steeves with Mercury Auto Transport.

Mr. Steeves took the time to explain every step that would be needed to get the vehicle to me in a safe but timely manner, and at a fair price.

He contacted me several times throughout the process, and even provided the driver's cell phone number. The whole process went smoothly and I finally took delivery of my vehicle.
