I had a wonderful experience with JC. Although we did not ship with Mercury, JC was extremely accommodating to a comedy of errors. While I was talking with JC my husband was booking our car transport with another company. JC kindly understood the situation and refunded our credit card the deposit and cancelled our contract. When we need to move cars cross country again, I will call mercury first, and make sure my husband calls them too!
