Most pathetic customer service ever Rich Resatka

Wow so Rich made ONE phone call to a truck company and charged me $300 for that privelidge. He never returned calls or even told me when my car would be picked up or when it was picked up. When we called and left numerous messages he never responded so we did not even know when the car would be delivered. Go with another company or at least another sales rep as this guy is just pathetic with no customer service abilities. I did get Charlie once and he was lovely and passed on a message to Rich for me.

Mercedes, We are sorry you feel Rich did not give you the customer service you deserve. We charged you 288.00 with 1300 due to the carrier on delivery .1588 total. You paid us to locate a carrier verify his insurance ,and do the paperwork. We actually screened 4 carriers for your move.The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time with out damage. We also email all the details for pick-up and delivery to every customer. While we are happy your car arrived safe . We are dissapointed we did not meet or exceed your expectations.
