I thank Roman for having handled 3 transports about the same time to different places.
It is nice to deal with only one person to handle all transactions or issues. Thanks Roman for
taking care of the one carrier for not picking up the car on the 2nd notice and replacing him within 1 day of my call. All cars arrived as promised, with the exception of the last, and I understand it was not in your control, but took care of the problem. Good job Mercury. I will keep you in my contacts for my future needs.
