We chose Mercury Auto because of a friend's referral. Jim was easy to work with and provided step-by-step information periodically of what was going to be happening regarding the process and follow-through of the pick-up and delivery. Sandy, the pick-up driver, was pleasant and provided us with his cell phone number to contact him from the point he was our assigned driver to the delivery day. Our truck was delivered in perfect shape and on time when we were told it would be. We are very happy with the entire process and happy we chose Mercury Auto. We would recommend this company and its' representative, Jim Gozde.
