I am a military spouse, and this was the first time we'd coordinated a cross-country transport for my husband's and my cars. We did some research and asked our friends for referrals, and discovered great things about Mercury Auto Transport. We decided to contract with them, and I'm so glad we did. They lives-up to the great referrals and testimonies our friends gave. Jim in particular was very helpful in explaining the process for our carrier assignment, and how pick-up and drop-off would be. He explained more about the industry as a whole, and helped us understand our options. He was understanding of our military situation and time constraints, and made every effort to accommodate our pick-up and drop-off requests. Everything was on time, and we were kept up-to-date through every step of the process. We just received our cars 5 days ago in the same condition we left them (minus a little road dirt- but that's to be expected. We are very happy customers and will definitely use them again. Great thanks to Jim and Mercury Auto Transport for making our move easier!
