I originally was dealing with a company prior to speaking with Mike. They pretty much blew me off, which then lead me to contact Mercury from a quote I previously received. Mike gave me EXCELLENT customer service. Even gave me advice on what to do with the original company I dealt with. He gave me his personal contact number if I needed to get ahold of him at any time. He was always prompt on returning phone calls, etc. I had an amazing experience with Mercury and would recommend it to everyone. The price was high, but thats what you get for a trustworthy shipment. I'm so happy I decided to go with the company. Thank you Mike!
