I had a difficult delivery destination in that it was rural and in the middle of nowhere. Chase managed to organize a second carrier to go the distance. He won my trust by being patient and helping me understand the entire process. I liked that the company did not forget me even though I waited six weeks from initial contact to sign a contract. They sent reminder emails to stay in contact. I thought that the time frame to find a carrier was long but then, as mentioned, I had a difficult destination in rural Colorado. I felt confident that I was not taken advantage of with the pricing/deposit process.
