WHEN WILL I GET MY CAR THATY WAS PROMISED TO BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY?

Told the dispatcher that the driver needs to pick up vehicle before dealer closes on Saturday. Driver of the truck shows up when the dealer is closing. The truck driver calls me to let me know he's there to get the car but because English is his second language I can't understand a thing he's saying. I called Mercury Auto Transport and asked the dispatcher to call the driver and I get a call back saying that the driver can't get the truck on the dealer lot so they have to drive the car to the truck. Then I'm told he'll be on his way and I WILL get my vehicle today. Well it's 8:45pm, still no call from the driver so I called him. He's not coming tonight, He'll try to make it tomorrow.
Phone call Sunday morning he's 8 hrs away I'll get my car today. NOT.. Tried calling driver to get an update and he doesn't answer his phone it goes directly to voice mail. I finally get a call at 8:45pm, he's 6hrs away. What am I supposed to do take a day off of work? NOT.. The truck driver wants to argue that he was given no time frame and that he never saw a contract from Mercury Auto. Never mind the fact that I was told two days in a row that I would get my car that's 6hrs away. Just Awesome.. The price that I will be paying if and when the car gets here is higher than what they quoted. Stay away from a low cost provider, you get what you pay for..

Dear Dave, Im very sorry to hear your experience was less than perfect. It seems like your main issue was with the carrier AD Transport Services Inc ,and the late delivery . I wish you gave me a call when you were having issues communicating with the driver as i would have been more than happy to act as the conduit between the two of you , and resolve the issue . Im Sorry about the late delivery , but we always let our customers know there is no guarantee on delivery dates .There is the possibility for delay depending on loading unloading traffic and weather.
